SHIPPING IS FREE AUSTRALIA-WIDE | VARIOUS FIXED RATES FOR OTHER COUNTRIES
AUSTRALIA: Unless otherwise arranged, all orders will be delivered free by our standard shipping methods. Delivery nationwide is typically 2-4 working days from receipt of payment for your order. The majority of orders will be sent by Express or Parcel Post, however larger orders may be delivered by courier.
NEW ZEALAND: flat rate of NZ$8
OTHER COUNTRIES: flat rate of US$65
HOW DO I PAY?
For your convenience online payment is by credit or debit card. Payments are handled securely via Stripe or Paypal. Other payment options may be able to be arranged if required — just contact us or +61 2 49771211.
An invoice is included with all orders.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
Rest assured that it is a important to us as it is to you, that you receive the CCS products that you ordered in excellent condition. We also understand that sometimes things go wrong and may need to be exchanged or returned. Please always feel free to contact us by email or on +61 2 49771211, to talk through any concerns you may have.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Cards and materials with obvious signs of use. Eg where the manufacturer's original shrink wrapping has been removed from a card pack.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We will happily replace the items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us immediately upon receipt of your products if they are damaged so we can send you replacements.
We can also exchange an item that you incorrectly ordered, as per "Returns" above.
COST OF SHIPPING FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If your product is damaged or defective, we will ship replacement products at our cost.
If you are returning an item to exchange it because it was incorrectly ordered, this shipping will be at your cost.
If you are returning to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CCS PRODUCTS USAGE POLICY
By opening and using any Compatibility Communication System, CCS, product or following a Compatibility Communication System methodology you agree to be bound by the following terms:
That at any time you use the Compatibility Communication System, whether following a methodology from the Compatibility Communication System Facilitators Manual, any of our guides or an original methodology you may develop yourself, the Compatibility Communication System will be delivered in a manner that is neither defamatory to the Compatibility Communication System itself or to any party or person involved with its use.
You understand that the Compatibility Communication System products and methodologies are copyright. Apart from fair dealing for the purposes of scholarship or review, and subject to the Copyright Act 1968, no part of the CCS, including the facilitators manual (except activity templates), CCS jumbo vision packs, CCS vision packs, CCS datashow, CCS VisionManager, CCS vision stickers may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form, or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, except as allowed by the CCS Cards Virtual Facilitation Environment and Vision Pack mobile Apps without the prior written permission of CCS Corporation Pty Ltd.
You are aware that CCS Corporation Pty Ltd (ABN 91 062 305 784) is the owner or exclusive licensee of the copyright in all literary and artistic works appearing on the Compatibility Communication System products and the know how incorporated in the methodology and application of the Compatibility Communication System.
While you are permitted to include the Compatibility Communication System in your own programs, it is not permissible to tailor products, or create new products or derivative works using the products in any written, visual or audio form, or by any means, electronic or mechanical. Any such activity constitutes an infringement of CCS Corporation's copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights and may result in legal action, financial penalties and/or additional consequences.
You understand, that while you are entitled to recover the reasonable costs of including CCS products in your programs, you are not permitted to resell the CCS or to uphold you or your organisation as a reseller, distributor or retailer of CCS products without the expressed permission and authorisation from CCS Corporation.
