Update you Account Details
Use the Account Profile to:
- Change the first and last name of the Account Holder — also used as the default Facilitator display name when a new Session is created
- Change a password.
Note: if you have forgotten your password, you will need to click on the “Forgot Password” link under the Sign In box and follow the instructions.
You cannot change the email address associated with your account from within the VFE. If you need to change this, please get in touch.
