Creating Connections with Everything DiSC® and the CCS Cards VFE
A live and Interactive Webinar!
EVENT DESCRIPTION
Event has passed. Watch the recording.
These two well-known and respected tools have a natural fit together. Combining Everything DiSC® to explain drivers behind behaviours and CCS Cards to creatively unlock the door to self-understanding is a powerful combination.
Everything DiSC is a personalised learning experience that can benefit every person in the organization— regardless of title or position—in building more effective relationships at work. The application teaches participants to understand themselves and others while learning to appreciate different priorities, preferences, and values each individual brings to the workplace.
CCS Cards give individuals a way to step outside themselves, to reflect and to uncover what they truly think or feel about a subject. Rather than trying to find and select words to accurately represent experience, CCS image cards provide a ready-made framework that connects to the essence of the experience they are trying to convey — a powerful way to increase self-awareness and create motivation for change. When used in groups and teams, CCS Cards make it easy to create safe spaces for emotional connection, mutual disclosure, productive feedback and collaboration.
And now, with the CCS Cards Virtual Facilitation Environment (VFE), it is easier than ever to offer this unique tool in virtual, hybrid and in-room interactions.
We are very excited to show you just how powerful this combination is. In this live webinar, you will be able to experience the CCS Cards VFE for yourself and see how it can be used to help individuals and teams deepen their understanding of their Everything DiSC profiles to better connect and collaborate.
