As co-developer of CCS Cards, Leonie is constantly collaborating with others to extend the valuable methods and ways people can use the tool to experience quality communication. As a trained educator, counsellor and professional facilitator, with a unique background in games and communication product development, she thrives when helping others to access their best selves and share that with others.
Dr Melisah Feeney
Melisah Feeney is an organisation psychologist who has spent the past 4 years working as a principal consultant and organisation psychologist with award winning company Bendelta where she specialised in culture change and transformation helping organisations find their ‘gold’ as they go through significant change and transformation. She is currently helping the NSW Police develop a Culture Strategy.
Prior to consulting Melisah worked for over a decade in government, including as a Director and Assistant Secretary within the previous Australian Government Department of Family, Community Services, Housing and Indigenous Affairs. During this time she worked in partnership with Treasury on a significant change in the welfare reform agenda. She also worked for the previous Department of Employment and Workplace relations where she was responsible for driving high impact policy changes in the area of Remote Indigenous Employment.
Melisah has a strong passion for citizen led social change and previously worked in leadership roles in the non-profit sector. She worked as a CEO of a state-wide Aboriginal Corporation helping lead an organisation transformation agenda before transitioning the leadership back to an Aboriginal CEO. She also worked in a national leadership role with the Australian Red Cross helping lead the organisation through a change in its strategic direction and business operating model.
Melisah is a PROSCI accredited change practitioner, holds a Masters in Organisational Psychology and PhD in Innovation Management.
