HOW TO USE THE CCS VISION PACK APP
The CCS Vision Pack App brings the power of CCS image card experiences to mobile and desktop devices.
Swiping through the card packs on a mobile feels quite similar to thumbing through a standard real pack of CCS Cards. So, the high quality reflective experience that is a familiar aspect of real CCS Card activities, transfers nicely to mobile devices.
The App offers users the opportunity to switch between various editions of CCS Vision Packs (2017 Ed, CCS Original and CCS Express), making it easy to add variety to experiences and work with participants who may be using real packs.
The App also provides the capacity to add annotations to card choices and to save and share visions.
1. Start Selecting Cards
Main Pack Screen
Swipe or click through the Main Pack to find cards that best represent your response using standard left and right swipes or buttons. Swiping expands the screen to maximise the image so you can focus clearly on the card. To return to the toolbar view at any time, simply tap the screen.
Move to screens that allow you to select between different CCS Vision Packs, enable pack shuffling and load your saved visions.
Show Next Card
Show the next card in the Main Pack. Equivalent to taking cards from the top of the pack. Note: tapping this button is the same as swiping from right-to-left.
Main Pack Progress Indicator
The circle indicator tracks your progress and direction through the pack. The top card in a pack will always show when the tick mark reaches the 12 o'clock position. The number in the centre indicates the number of cards remaining in the pack.
Touch the centre of the Progress Indicator anytime to jump straight back to the top of the Main Pack.
Show Previous Card
Show the previous card in the Main Pack. Equivalent to taking cards from the bottom of the pack. The toolbar remains visible. Note: tapping this button is the same as swiping from left-to-right.
Add To Selected Cards Pack
Add a card to your Selected Cards Pack. This is like making a little 'subpack' of cards that you will refine on the next screen. Double-tapping a card while in full screen mode will also add it to your selected pack. Note: you cannot add the top card of any pack to the Selected Cards Pack. The button will be disabled while this card is showing.
Goto Selected Cards Pack
Moves you to the Selected Cards Pack screen. The little number that apprears to the top left of the icon indicates how many cards you have selected. Note: you must have at least one card in your Selected Cards Pack to enable this button.

Goto Layout Screen
Moves you to the Layout Screen. If you have 10 cards or less in your Selected Cards Pack, this button will become active.
Why 10 cards or less?
An important part of any CCS process is to reduce your card choices to a consolidated set. The App allows a maximum of 10 cards to be selected before proceeding to the Layout Screen.
3. Order and Add Notes

Priority Grid Mode
You can sort your cards in either Priority Grid mode or Free Arrange mode. For some activities you may wish to place your cards in order of priority. The chosen order will be used to arrange your cards when you move to the Titles and Actions screen and export your vision. In this mode you can only position your cards in one of 10 locations — numbered 1-10.
To change the order of your cards in order, simply drag and drop them as you require — they will snap into position.
Free Arrange Mode
When this mode is active, you can freely place cards anywhere within the screen. This is useful when you are refining your choices or want to show one or more cards together.
Flip Cards to Reveal Them One-by-one
The Layout Screen is a good place to reveal and share your choices with others. When doing this, you may like to first flip them all face down, using the Flip Cards button. A single tap on any card will also flip it back and forth.
Double-tap a card to first show it full screen and then to add notes about why you chose this card. A card that contains an annotation will have a small green icon in its bottom right corner.
Return Card to Main Pack
Drag and release a card over this icon to return it to the Main Pack. Note: if you have added annotations to a card these will be deleted once it is returned to the Main Pack.
